WHITE NITE

White Nite is a South African DJ and producer with over two decades in the game. An avidrecord collector and turntablist in Cape Town’s early 2000s Hip Hop and DnB scenes, he quicklygained recognition for his technical prowess, later judging at the South African DMCs andcompeting in Red Bull's 3Style battles. His evolution and commitment to the craft have since cemented his reputation as a versatile selector who deeply values the music he presents.

Over the years, he has continued to explore the full spectrum—from the organic sounds of the '70s and '80s to the bass-heavy innovations of the UK and beyond, maintaining a deep respectfor the roots and origins of the music. His past and current events, including LEGGO!, brunch,and more recently Retrograde, reflect this ethos by championing deeper selections and selectors. A regular supply of club and festival appearances along with multiple European stints have seen him share the booth with industry vets and local legends alike.

Now past his 20th year, White Nite continues to dig for music that transcends the obvious. Hissets—ranging from groovy, Balearic selections to high energy club sounds—are as diverse ashis influences, making him a truly unique fixture in the scene.
